The Bitaxe Gamma 603 succeeds the 602: made in Germany and CE-certified, it runs at 1.54 TH/s out of the box (vs 1.3 TH/s for the 602) thanks to optimised factory tuning (750 MHz / 1250 mV), factory-fresh BM1370 chips only and the black aluminium Copperzilla 2.0 heatsink included as standard.
The Bitaxe Gamma 603 sets the standard in single-ASIC open-source Bitcoin mining and now comes with genuine German engineering quality: made in Germany, CE-certified and packed with technical improvements that are hard to find elsewhere. The massive aluminium heatsink dissipates the ASIC’s heat efficiently, keeps temperatures comfortable and ensures stable, quiet continuous operation; its matte black blends into the board design and turns the miner into a real showpiece on your desk.
▸ What’s new on the 603?
- Copperzilla 2.0 included as standard. The 603 ships from the factory with the black aluminium version of the Copperzilla 2.0: noticeably better heat dissipation, low temperatures, stable and quiet operation, all-black look.
- Higher hashrate out of the box. Thanks to optimised factory tuning (750 MHz at 1250 mV), the 603 starts at 1.54 TH/s, up from 1.3 TH/s on its predecessor.
- Factory-fresh chips only. The 603 uses factory-fresh BM1370 chips exclusively, which further improves performance.

▸ Note on cooling, care and warranty
Copperzilla 2.0 heatsink: its massive aluminium construction offers noticeably more thermal headroom than the previous standard heatsink. Given the very high factory hashrate, the device still runs ambitiously. If you experience overheating or the fan is too loud, reduce the compute power in AxeOS; we then recommend 525 MHz and 1150 mV. The hashrate drops accordingly: when throttled, the Bitaxe no longer delivers 1.54 TH/s.
Overclocking: at your own risk. Damage caused by operating the device beyond the frequency and voltage range provided in the firmware (e.g. custom or modified firmware) is not a defect of the device and is not covered by the legal warranty.
Regular care: the Bitaxe is a high-performance miner that needs to be dusted and maintained regularly. Replace the thermal paste at regular intervals (every 6 months at the latest).
