The SeedSigner project was born from the desire to limit as much as possible the dependence on the big players in the Hardware Wallets sector (Ledger, Trezor, Coinkite etc...) who could in the future be the target of attacks from entities concerned with "protecting consumers" who would like to regain control of their money...
It allows anyone to easily build their own "hardware wallet" (also called "Signing Device" or "Cold Wallet" in French), from inexpensive components that are readily available on the market... All the assembly steps of the components as well as the software to be installed on the machine are Open Source and accessible to everyone.
Bitcoiners thus have a device that is almost impossible to ban, since such a ban would almost mean doing without basic electronic components. Inexpensive, and very secure thanks to its use in "Air-Gap" mode, your private keys are never in contact with the internet, and your bitcoins remain completely under control.

no need to tell us your real first and last names because you collect the package from the Locker, directly via a code received by email.
When paying (prefer Bitcoin over bank card if you want to remain discreet), simply enter a valid email address that you can even create for the occasion, then the Locker closest to you.
On the other hand, if you are going to collect the package from a Relay Point, please provide your real first and last names as you may be asked for proof of identity to collect the package.
