A more balanced approach is to store secrets on a PIN-protected JavaCard, like Seedkeeper🔗. This method combines enhanced security with practicality, offering an affordable, reliable, and accessible solution for everyday users—without the hassle of managing multiple seeds or compromising security.

Easily manage all your seeds
By boosting your SeedSigner with smart card support, you can manage all your seeds with Seedkeeper and even sign your Bitcoin transactions with Satochip.
With this configuration, you can:
- Sign transactions and verify PSBTs directly with your card. Satochip 🔗 ;
- Sign messages and export xpubs (for single or multisig wallets) with full address browser integration;
- Manage all your seeds, wallet descriptors and secrets with Seedkeeper 🔗 ;
- Use Seedkeeper with Electrum seeds, including support for separate passphrases and encrypted QR codes.
Using smart cards with SeedSigner requires only a few adjustments: you will need a smart card reader and dedicated SeedSigner firmware incorporating all Satochip features.

To access it when paying, choose "Ship to address".
Then enter an address close to the relay point where you want to be delivered (because you do not want to give your own).
Once payment is made, you will be presented with a list of Relay Points and Lockers near your address.
